Tooth lock washers provide more aggressive locking than spring lock washers. JLHY offers both internal tooth (teeth point inward from ID) and external tooth (teeth project outward from OD) versions, each with different profiles that bite into bearing surfaces and fastener undersides to resist both rotation and vibrational loosening.

External tooth lock washers have teeth biting into the connected material while internal teeth grip the fastener head. Effective in applications where the connected material is relatively hard. Internal tooth washers are preferred for soft materials or clean exterior surfaces.

Produced from spring steel (zinc plated) and stainless steel. Available in standard metric sizes from M2.5 to M24 and various tooth geometries for specific locking requirements.
