A2 stainless provides excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion and oxidation in most indoor and outdoor environments. A4 stainless with its molybdenum addition delivers superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich environments — coastal atmospheres, swimming pools, and chemical processing facilities.

All JLHY stainless washers are passivated after manufacturing to restore the protective chromium oxide layer. Available in standard and oversize (fender) configurations and in various hardness levels.
