Crimped wire mesh is the heavy-duty screening material for mining, quarrying, and material processing operations. JLHY's crimped meshes are manufactured by pre-crimping the wire before weaving, creating a stable mesh structure that maintains aperture size and structural integrity under the extreme loads and abrasion encountered in vibrating screen machines.

Available in inter-crimped and end-crimped constructions in high carbon steel (for maximum wear resistance) and stainless steel A2 and A4 (for corrosive and food-grade applications). Mesh openings from 5mm to 50mm with wire diameters from 2.0mm to 8.0mm.

Used in vibrating screens, trommel screens, mineral processing, and sizing equipment. The crimped construction keeps aperture openings precise under load, providing consistent separation accuracy.
