Detailed Information For Welded Wire Mesh Galvanized Construction Use
Welded wire mesh is a fundamental reinforcement material in concrete construction. JLHY's galvanised welded wire mesh is manufactured by precisely welding cross-aligned steel wires at each intersection, creating a rigid, dimensionally stable mat for concrete slabs, walls, and precast elements. Hot-dip galvanising after welding provides complete coating coverage including weld points.
Produced to BS 4483 for structural and non-structural reinforcement. Mesh openings from 25mm to 100mm with wire diameters from 2.0mm to 6.0mm. Standard sheets: 2.0×3.0m and 2.4×6.0m. Roll format available for smaller mesh sizes. Sheet format enables rapid installation by placement rather than individual tying.
Used in concrete floor slabs, pavement slabs, precast elements, tunnel linings, and architectural panels for crack control, load distribution, and temperature reinforcement. Contact JLHY for mesh specifications and technical guidance.
