Wing nuts are designed for tool-free hand tightening and removal — featuring two large ergonomic metal wings that fit comfortably in the fingers. No wrench, no socket, no special skills required. Despite being hand-tightened, the large wings provide substantial mechanical leverage for significant clamp loads.

Used in equipment frames, temporary structures, access panels, laboratory furniture, exhibition displays, and anywhere tool-free assembly is a practical requirement. JLHY's wing nuts are produced from carbon steel with zinc plating or stainless steel A2 and A4 for outdoor and marine environments.

Available in Type A (wings project beyond nut body) and Type B (wings flush) profiles in metric sizes from M4 to M16. Safety clip variants prevent the nut from falling off the bolt when loosened. Custom wing geometries available for OEM orders.
