The serrated flange face bites into the mating surface to prevent rotation, while the flange distributes clamping pressure over a much larger area than a standard nut — eliminating the need for a separate flat washer.

Available in Grade 8 and 10 carbon steel with zinc plating, and in stainless steel A2 and A4 for corrosive environments. The precision-machined serrated teeth provide reliable locking performance. Dimensionally compatible with standard serrated flange bolts to DIN 6921.
