Coupling nuts extend threaded rods or connect two threaded components end-to-end. JLHY's coupling nuts have internal threads running the full length of the body, allowing each component to thread in from either side. The joint develops the full tensile strength of the connected components, making it as strong as the rods themselves.

Used in construction for splicing rebar, extending anchor bolts, connecting pipe support rods, and custom threaded assemblies. The elongated body provides sufficient thread engagement on both sides. Precision-machined internal threads ensure straight, concentric threads with the outer hex profile.

Produced in carbon steel with zinc plating in sizes M6 to M36. Stainless steel A4 coupling nuts available for marine and corrosive environments. Left-hand/right-hand variants (opposing threads) resist loosening from vibration. Custom coupling nuts with specific geometries available for OEM projects.
