JLHY's straightened and cut wire is produced by drawing wire through a straightening machine that removes coil curvature, then cutting to precise lengths for use as pins, rivets, stiffening elements, or OEM components.

The straightening and cutting process produces pieces with clean-cut ends and a straight body for reliable automated handling. Ideal for automatic insertion equipment, vibro-finishing, and any application requiring consistent length and straightness.
