Detailed Information For Concrete Steel Nails Hardened for Masonry Fixing
Masonry and concrete require nails that are harder and tougher than standard nails. JLHY's hardened concrete nails are manufactured from high-carbon steel heat-treated to HRC 55-60, enabling them to cut into concrete, brick, and stone without dulling or breaking. The diamond-shaped point initiates cleanly in the masonry surface.
The flat head sits flush for a clean finish. Produced to BS 1202 with consistent quality and hardness throughout each nail. Used for attaching wood battens, metal tracks, and fixtures to concrete walls and floors. Not suitable for crumbling or aerated concrete — for those, JLHY recommends concrete screws.
Available in diameters from 3.0mm to 6.0mm and lengths from 25mm to 150mm. Stainless steel A4 variants available for below-grade or damp environments. Contact our team for technical guidance on correct fastener selection.
