JLHY's stainless steel machine screws in A2 (304) and A4 (316) grades provide the corrosion resistance demanded by food processing, marine, medical, and architectural applications, while delivering the precision thread engagement that machine screws are designed for. A2 stainless provides excellent all-round corrosion resistance for most indoor and outdoor environments, while A4 with its molybdenum addition handles chloride-rich and coastal environments with ease.

These screws maintain the same strict dimensional tolerances as our carbon steel machine screws, with thread fit to ISO 965-1 6h standards. The austenitic stainless structure provides good strength and toughness across a wide temperature range, and all JLHY stainless machine screws are passivated after manufacturing to restore the chromium oxide layer that provides their corrosion resistance.

Available in flat head, pan head, and cheese head styles with both Phillips and slotted drive options. Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are available for every batch, and we maintain full batch traceability from raw material to finished product.
