Unlike expansion anchors that require a separate expansion sleeve and careful insertion depth control, concrete screws install with a simple drill-and-drive process — no waiting for adhesive to cure, no expansion mechanism to set incorrectly. The screw threads directly into the concrete using a standard drill and the screw itself as the drill guide.

The hardened carbon steel construction with specialized thread design cuts clean threads into concrete and masonry without cracking the substrate. The cutting thread edge clears debris efficiently as the screw is driven, and the screw can be removed and reinstalled without losing holding power — unlike adhesive anchors which are permanently bonded once set.

JLHY's concrete screws are available with zinc plating or our premium Blue-Kote coating for superior corrosion resistance in outdoor and marine environments. The countersunk head option provides a flush finish, while hex washer head versions allow maximum drive torque for high-load applications. All JLHY concrete screws are tested to ICC-ES AC193 criteria for reliability in seismic and high-wind zones.
