Detailed Information For Coil Nails for Pneumatic Nail Gun Construction Use
Coil nails are collated in a compact wire or plastic coil that loads quickly into a roofing or framing nailer, allowing operators to drive up to 120 nails per minute without stopping to reload. JLHY's coil nails for pneumatic nail gun applications are precision-manufactured to tight tolerances for consistent, reliable feeding through all major coil nailer brands including Paslode, Bostitch, and Makita.
Available in smooth shank and ring shank configurations in gauges from 2.5mm to 3.5mm diameter. Smooth shank for general construction applications; ring shank for enhanced withdrawal resistance in deck and framing applications. The full round head provides excellent bearing in wood framing and sheathing materials.
Produced in electro-galvanised, hot-dip galvanised, and stainless steel A4 finishes. A4 stainless coil nails combine the speed of coil nailing with marine-grade corrosion resistance for outdoor deck installations and coastal projects.
JLHY's coil nails are produced to ASTM F1667 standards with consistent head diameter, shank diameter, and point geometry. Available in 3/4" to 2" lengths. Contact our team for specifications, pricing, and sample requests.
